Summary: Someone in another room BLASTED their tv all night. I played white noise to drown it out I didn’t call desk bc my children would have been worked up.

Summary: I’ve stayed here before… It’s a good hotel. I don’t mind it at all… if anything it was my fault because I asked for a 1st floor room which was too close to the breakfast area, which I found noisy in the morning otherwise this is a good hotel in Grand Forks North Dakota!

Summary: The hotel, grounds, staff were nice and updated. Overall pool was the best part of the whole stay except one of the 2 hot-tubs were not working. We stayed on the 1st floor and the people above us were noisy making it a difficult night to sleep. Breakfast was ok, but not great.

Summary: Our bathroom had a lot of hair in it in various places. There were still white toothpaste, splatters on the faucet and tap of sink.

Summary: The room had not been cleaned well. There was a plastic cap on the floor in bathroom. The night stand drawer contained a lighter, dirty Pennie’s, alka seltzer etc. obviously not cleaned. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector- either from previous guest or?
